After the Financial crash in 2008 and with traditional banks reluctant to lend there has been a recent emergence of peer-to-peer or crowd funded lending. This provides our clients with a simple and affordable way for them to borrow money. We have arranged peer-to-peer loans of up to £300k at affordable interest rates for many of our clients in Northern Ireland who range from sole traders to large companies. In the 10 years since the crash, the number of these lenders has multiplied at a huge pace and It is very important to know where to look, for the right lender when comparing, rates, term, flexibility and possible security. Through our knowledge of lenders and the local market we think outside the bank and are able to have money drawn down within 10 days, often with no legal or valuation costs which makes it a very efficient way of borrowing money. In most circumstances there are no early repayment charges, and loans can be taken up to 5 years in duration. We will do all the hard work to find the deal that’s right for you.
